The standard lead time is 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the component, order size, and material availability. For urgent orders, we offer expedited production.
We produce both single components and larger production series. The process is adapted to the client’s individual needs — from prototypes to repeatable production.
To provide an accurate quote, we need technical drawings (DXF, DWG, or PDF), quantity, materials, tolerances, required coatings, and expected delivery date. If you don’t have a project ready, we can assist in preparing the documentation.
Yes – we provide full dimensional control as well as material and quality documentation. We are certified under EN 1090, which allows us to manufacture structural components for construction, mark them with the CE mark, and issue declarations of conformity. Upon client request, we can also provide material certificates, measurement reports, and test protocols.
We specialize in producing complex steel components that connect reinforcing bars with other profiles, such as flat bars, angles, channels, beams, or structural pipes.
